Terms of Service – Marketing Agent

1. Private tool, not a public service. Marketing Agent is a private tool operated by Harn Chiu (“the operator”) for managing Google Ads campaigns on behalf of specific clients. It is not offered to the public. No one may sign up for, access or use the app unless the operator has invited them in writing.

2. Authorized users only. Access is limited to the operator and to clients who have a written agreement with the operator and have granted access to their own Google Ads account. Any other access or attempted access is prohibited and may be blocked without notice.

3. Your permission. By connecting a Google Ads account, you confirm that you own that account or are authorized to grant access to it, and you permit the operator to read and manage it for the agreed campaigns. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Your responsibilities. You remain responsible for your advertising: approving campaigns before they run, the accuracy of the information you provide, compliance with laws and professional rules that apply to you (including rules on health-care advertising), and your Google Ads account, budget and billing.

5. AI-generated content. The app uses AI to draft and check ad text. Checks against advertising rules are an aid, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. No ad runs without human review.

6. No guarantees. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee results, leads, availability or that the app is free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spend arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination. The operator may suspend or end access at any time, including for misuse. You may stop using the app at any time by revoking access.

9. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy at https://www.harnchiu.com/privacy.

10. Changes. These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
